Biography

Jennifer “Jenny” Maynard is a personal injury attorney who focuses her practice on helping those injured in motor vehicle collisions and on the premises of negligently kept property. Jenny grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she double-majored in American History and Political Science, and minored in Spanish. Pursuing her interest in medical treatment, she shadowed doctors in high school and spent many summers before law school at a personal injury firm combing through clients’ medical records. At the firm, interacting with clients and seeing them achieve just compensation for their injuries was the highlight.

After graduating from college in 2017, Jenny spent a year working in a personal injury firm before her skills and interests led her to Wake Forest University School of Law. She was a published staff member on the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy and worked at several personal injury firms over the summers and in her final semester of law school.

In her free time, Jenny enjoys trying new food, cooking for friends and family, exercising, and the occasional furniture building or re-finishing project.
